Last night I finished some jewelry and a small ball all made with pages from “Lolita.” I’m seeing more of the book bowls in my future.

After missing a class designed to recreate one’s pet in paper mache, I decided to see what I could do on my own. Sure, I’m making basic bowls and whatnot, but I’m also having fun with paper pulp and silicone molds. Maybe next weekend I’ll be able to paint them. However, the real labor of love and source of creative excitement is the squid I started. Here’s the frame. I have nothing but high hopes!

Finally, I’ve bend able to finish more of these twisty, turny necklaces. I wonder what took me do long.

I’ve given myself over to making polymer clay beads. I can’t stop! The possibilities are limitless. Sadly I can’t say the same for my time.
