More bowls
I’m not sure when this love affair with papier mache will end, but I’m very much enjoying it. Next I need to paint the gapes I made from paper pulp.
Playing with paint
Now comes the part where I get to play with paint and see how it looks on the papier mâché bowls and whatnot. I can’t lie, I love the look of the marbled paper. That was just distress paint and regular old copy paper. It looks better than I thought it would.
Squid
Here’s the first papier mâché squid. A second one is in the works, but I’m having some trouble deciding on the color. I’ve even been tempted to add glitter. As much as I love glitter, I’m not sure that’s the right approach. Oh well, there’s no need to decide tonight.
